Integrate Business Facebook Account with Celitix

1. Go to business.facebook.com

• Log in to your Facebook account.
• Navigate to Business Info and check if your email is verified.

2. Log in to Your Celitix Account

• Go to the WhatsApp section.
• Click on Manage WABA.

3. Start Creating Your WABA

• Click on Create WABA.
• Log in with your Facebook account.

4. Begin the Setup Process

Click Get Started to begin the WABA onboarding process.

5. Fill Out Business Information

• Enter details like your business portfolio, name, website, and country.
• Click Next to proceed.

6. Choose or Create Your WhatsApp Business Account

• You can select an existing account or create a new one.
• Click next once selected.

7. Set Up WhatsApp Business Profile

NOTE: The Display Name should have a relationship with your business and should not violate WhatsApp policies.

• Enter your Business Account Name, Display Name, and choose a Category that best describes your business.
• Click Next to continue.

8. Add a phone number for WhatsApp

• Go to add a new number
• Choose how you would like to verify your number via text or phone call.
• Click next to receive OTP.

9. Enter OTP

• Meta will verify and enter the otp
• Click next to complete the phone number verification process.

10. Finish Integration

• Once number is verified, Meta completes the linking process.
• Click finish to complete WABA creation.
