Celitix pricing: pay only for the channels you actually use
Transparent pricing with a free trial on every channel. Add or remove channels monthly and pay only for what you send.
How Celitix pricing works
Pay only for what you use
You pay per message or per minute on the channel you use, with no separate licence for each one. Add a channel when you need it and drop it when you do not.
Try before you commit
Every channel starts with a free trial, so you can send real messages to real numbers and see the delivery rates before any commitment or purchase order.
Plans and what is included
One plan gives you the whole platform. What varies is the channels you switch on and the volume you send through them. Compare it against the full CPaaS platform to see everything included.

WhatsApp Message Pricing
WhatsApp Business API
Priced per conversation by Meta, in four categories: marketing, utility, authentication, and service. Celitix adds a platform fee and no per-message markup on top of Meta's rate.
RCS business messaging
Priced per message or per conversation depending on traffic type. Sits above SMS per unit, and usually below it on cost per action because a rich card converts harder than a text link.
SMS
Priced per message, with transactional and promotional rated separately and the rate falling as committed volume rises. DLT registration is included rather than billed as a setup charge.
Voice, IVR, and missed call
Priced per minute for inbound and outbound calling, and per call for missed call services. Virtual numbers are billed monthly.
Authentication and email OTP
Priced per verification, with automatic fallback across SMS, WhatsApp, and voice so you only pay for the attempt that actually delivered.
Start with a free trial before you commit
Every channel on the platform opens with a trial, because delivery rates on a slide deck mean nothing until you have sent to your own list.
WhatsApp Business API free trial
Send from a live test number, build a chatbot, and check template approval times before you buy anything.
Free WhatsApp chatbot trial
Build a flow in the no-code builder and run it against real conversations to see where customers actually drop out.
Bulk SMS free trial India
Send a test batch on DLT-registered templates and measure delivery across Jio, Airtel, and Vi on your own numbers.
CPaaS free trial
Switch on several channels at once and compare cost per outcome side by side before deciding what to keep.

Pricing FAQs
Yes. Every channel opens with a free trial, including a WhatsApp business API free trial and a bulk SMS trial on DLT-registered templates. You send to real numbers and see real delivery data before any commitment.
The full access plan starts at Rs 1,199 per month and includes the whole platform: omnichannel coverage, the no-code chatbot builder, automation workflows, prebuilt templates, the multi-agent team inbox, and the APIs. Channel usage is billed on top of that.
No. One account covers every channel. You pay the platform fee once and then pay usage only on the channels you switch on, which is the main reason running four channels here costs less than four separate vendor minimums.
No setup fee, and DLT registration and template submission are handled without a separate charge. Meta's per-conversation rate on WhatsApp is passed through at cost, so you can check it against what the WhatsApp Business API costs in India yourself.
Yes. Add or remove channels month to month, and scale volume up or down as your campaigns change. There is no annual lock-in on the entry plan, and committed-volume discounts are optional rather than required.
Most providers charge a platform licence per channel, so a business running WhatsApp, SMS, and voice pays three minimums. Celitix charges once and meters usage, which is where the difference shows on a real invoice rather than a rate card. See verified customer reviews of Celitix.
